Fairfax Street levels up
More concrete beams made their way through Berkeley Springs last Wednesday and Thursday, this time destined for Fairfax Street. The new beams create a new elevated Fairfax Street, which will carry traffic over the four-lane U.S. 522 Bypass on its northern end.
