For the first time, Morgan County is hosting the Preservation Alliance of West Virginia’s annual three-day conference and awards banquet, concluding at the Ice House. The conference began on Tuesday, May 12 and continues through Thursday, May 14. 
The alliance supports preservation of West Virginia’s historic places. Their first conference was held in Harper’s Ferry in 1982.
