Registered voters in West Virginia can begin casting ballots in the 2024 presidential election starting Wednesday, October 23 as the state opens access to early voting. In Morgan County, voters can vote early at the Morgan County Clerk’s office on the first floor of the County Courthouse between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from October 23 through Saturday, November 2 at 5 p.m. Voting machines will also be accessible…
