Donnie Francis Yost, Sr.

Donnie Francis “Snowball” Yost, Sr., age 74, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at his residence.
Born September 15, 1949 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Leslie and Adelaide Dailey Roach Yost.
He was member of Warm Springs Baptist Church.
Donnie was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Ohio.
Snowball worked as a brick mason and carpenter with many construction companies.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and tinkering with cars.
Snowball is survived by his wife, Bobbie Lynn King Yost, at home, three children, Lisa Adele Cushwa of Hedgesville, W.Va., Donnie Francis Yost, Jr. and Cody Ray Yost, both of Berkeley Springs, one brother, Dayton Yost of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Yost and five sisters, Wanda Fleece, Patsy Pentoney, Caroline Teet, Jacqueline McBride and Joan Yost. Services and burial will be private.
