Roger Leon Harvey, age 62, of Hancock, Md., passed away Friday, March 1, 2024, at his home.
Born Monday, May 29, 1961, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of Roger Samson Harvey and the late Frances Lucille (Wyant) Harvey.
