JoAnn Marie “Peachie” Whitacre, 76, of Paw Paw, W.Va. passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at her residence.
Born on April 8, 1947 in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late Clarence Edward Kerns and Hazel Marie (Yost) Kerns.
JoAnn had worked at VDO in Winchester, Va.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed cooking.
