Twila Ruth Payne, 106, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born September 16, 1917, she was the daughter of the late James Stewart Johnson and Mary Jane (Michael) Johnson.
Twila was a homemaker and a member of Snyders Bible Chapel Church.
She is survived by sons Paul E. Payne, Jr. (Ruth), David J. “Joe” Payne (Sharon); seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.…
