Walter Louis Householder
1939-2023
Walter Louis Householder, 84, of Hedgesville, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023, at his residence.
Born April 7, 1939, in Berkeley Springs, he was the son of the late Jerry Franklin Householder and Grace Viola Fox Householder.
Walter was a member of Johnsontown Bible Church.
He is survived by his sons, Rocky Householder (Sonya), and Faron Householder (Patricia); daughters, Dawn Miller (Eddie), and Stacy Householder; grandchildren Misty Householder (Chris), Clarissa Lebo (Josh), Kendra Lloyd, Kayla Householder, Rachel Householder, Destiney Householder, and Eva Faircloth (Keegan); and great-grandchildren, Raelynn, Holden, Isaac and Maikas.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Irene Pease Householder; brothers, Homer, Raymond, and Frank and sisters, Francis, Anna, Nettie, Dorothy and Alice.
Family received friends Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Hedgesville Baptist Church with Pastor Jack Rudy officiating. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
