David Richard Stotler, age 80, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at The Berkeley Springs Center LLC.
Born February 23, 1940 in the Highland Ridge Section of Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Isaac Dawson and Vertie Cleo Bohrer Stotler.
