Patricia Diana “Trish” Mann, age 70, of Hancock, Md., passed away at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, Md. on Sunday, October 20, 2019.
Born January 9, 1949, in Little Rock, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Joseph B. and Nora Allene (Lane) Westnedge; and the wife, for 39 years, of her husband, Mark W. Mann.
