Joan Shary Miller, 86, of Berkeley Springs, died Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility, Kearneysville.
Born January 19, 1933 in Hempstead, Long Island, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Albert Vincent and Helen Marie Georgens Shary.
She was an Episcopalian.
