Ruth Margaret Fischer, 97, of Great Cacapon, died on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at her daughter’s home in Berkeley Springs.
Born September 5, 1921 in Fulton County, Pa., she was the daughter of the late John Pittman and Mary Sipes Schooley.
She attended Peoples Assembly of God in Great Cacapon.
