Clarence Haywood “Rancey” Wolfrey, Jr., 71, of Cross Junction, Va., died Friday, July 26, 2019 at his home under the care of Blue Ridge Hospice, Winchester, Va.
Born May 21, 1948 in Carlstadt, N.J., he was the son of the late Clarence Haywood, Sr. and Irene Mildred Orndorff Wolfrey.
