Family Court Judge Richard D. Stephens has formally announced his candidacy for Circuit Court Judge in the 27th Judicial Circuit, serving Berkeley and Morgan Counties.
There is an opening on the court following the retirement of Judge Steven Redding in June. That opening will be filled by voters in the November general election.
