The Morgan County Grand Jury met for their September term on Tuesday, September 1 before Circuit Judge Debra McLaughlin and returned 23 separate indictments for 22 individuals.
Indictments are not convictions, but mean the Grand Jury found enough evidence to advance the cases in Morgan County Circuit Court.
Each individual will be arraigned and will enter pleas to the charges in the coming weeks.
