Jesse Alan Sipes, 61, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., died Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at his home.
Born November 10, 1957 in McConnellsburg, Pa., he was the son of Betty Lou Virginia Unger Sipes of Hancock.
He was a Christian.
He was a graduate of Hancock High School.
He was a mason with Shaw Masonry.
