Joseph L. Hess, age 73, of Hancock, Md., passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Doey’s House, Hagerstown, Md.
Born Sunday, March 23, 1952, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late William (Bubber) and Maud Brannon Hess.
Joseph was a graduate of Hancock High School Class of 1970.
He worked in construction and worked for Fairchild of Hagerstown, Md.
