Counterfeiting suspect arrested as fugitive

On Sunday, February 9 around 8:30 p.m., Deputy B. K. Knotts of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to 25 Union Street — the 7-11 convenience store — for a report of fraud/counterfeit money.

Upon arrival, Deputy Knotts made contact with a male who police said identified himself as Mr. Zabihullah Enayatulla.

Deputy Knotts later reported that he discovered the man had lied about his identity, and he was actually Khaled Khaleeq, age 27.
