Marvin Richard “Dick” Payne, age 81, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born February 19, 1943 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Marvin Emory and Gladys Virginia Miller Payne.
He was a member of Wesleyan Chapel.
