Kadie Victoria Hedrick (née Kowalski,) 31 of Martinsburg, W.Va. passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024. Born June 16, 1992, in Martinsburg, W.Va.
She is the daughter of Edward Brian Kowalski and stepmom Lisa Freeman-Kowalski and the late Lura Lemaster Kowalski.
Kadie was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
She was a good and devoted mother who loved to take the kids to the river and fishing.
