James Ronald Couch, age 67, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at his home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born, November 26, 1955 in Mason, W.Va., he is the son of Isabelle Virginia Stobert Couch of Ravenswood, W.Va. and the late Walter Roberts Couch II.
