Frances Ann Timmons, 65, of Berkeley Springs, died Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville.
Born March 11, 1953 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Llewellyn Vernon and Gladys Myrtle Miller Davis.
