Cindy Lea Barker LeBlanc, age 65, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., died on December 30, 2022 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Va.
Born January 9, 1957 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Harold Zane Barker, Sr. and Patricia Llewellyn Holliday Barker.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Cindy was a 1974 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
