At their September 2 regular meeting, Morgan County commissioners discussed and ultimately decided to officially oppose the Town of Bath’s recent request to temporarily block any new water taps onto the county’s main public water system.
On August 26, the Town of Bath as Berkeley Springs Water Works filed a petition with the Public Service Commission (PSC) of West Virginia to seek approval to stop adding new customers to the system.
