Installation of a sixth traffic signal light in Berkeley Springs is complete, though the light is not fully operational at the moment.
Over the weekend, traffic along U.S. 522 at Cavendish Drive ran under a flashing yellow setting on the light. 
The signal is set at the intersection that serves the Department of Motor Vehicles office, Rutter’s gas station and retail establishments that are under construction at the moment.
