Carolyn Anna Selders
1941-2025
Carolyn Anna Selders, 84, of State College, passed away on December 11, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born August 15, 1941, in Washington County, Md., she was the daughter of the late Elmer Eugene Wertman and Dorothy Pearl Spriggs Wertman Johnson.
On August 22, 1959, she married the late Gerald Frederick Selders.
Evening visitation will be Thursday, December 18, 6-8 p.m. at Haky Georgiana Centre County Funeral Home, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 19, 11 a.m. at the funeral home with visitation prior to the service from 10-11 a.m.
Memorial contributions in remembrance of Carolyn may be made to the Pleasant Gap United Methodist Church Food Bank.
