Free Economic Outlook luncheon open for registration

The Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with CNB Bank, Inc., the Morgan County Economic Development Authority, and Cacapon Resort State Park, will host a special lunch and presentation next Tuesday, December 9 featuring John Deskins, Ph.D., Director of West Virginia University’s Bureau of Business and Economic Research.

The event will provide insights into the economic outlook for the State of West Virginia for 2026 and beyond.

The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, December 9, at 12:00 noon at Cacapon Resort State Park.

His presentation in Morgan County will include a focused look at economic performance across the state – with special attention on the rapidly growing Eastern Panhandle – as well as key indicators shaping West Virginia’s long-term prospects.

This community-focused event is free and open to the public, and includes a complimentary lunch provided by the event sponsors: CNB Bank, Inc., the Morgan County Economic Development Authority, Cacapon Resort State Park, and the Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce.
