Potomac Edison plans Sept. 4 power outage in Great Cacapon

Some Great Cacapon power customers received notice on Monday that Potomac Edison has set a planned power outage on Thursday, September 4 from sometime around 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. An automated phone call sent the notices out. The message said if Thursday’s weather was inclement, the outage would be rescheduled to Monday, September 8.
