Morgan County Emergency Communications Center has selected Robert Kniceley as the Emergency Telecommunicator (ETC) of the Year for 2024.
Kniceley was selected out of the four equally qualified candidates from the year.
“He continuously shows his dedication to Morgan County Emergency Communications Center by putting forth his best effort and his willingness to complete any task he is given. He is always eager to help with new employees and is invariably accommodating to his current coworkers,” said Deputy 91 Director Sarah Henry.
“Kniceley does a great job with getting the needed information and relaying it to the responders. He continues to learn new skills and develop leadership qualities. Kniceley’s diligence and enthusiasm assists MCECC in moving forward with new technology and the future of our center.”
