Eric Glascock

Eric Glascock, 50, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2025.
Born and raised in Berkeley Springs, Eric was known for his strong work ethic, his big heart and his love for the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Glascock Jr., his beloved grandmother Betty Glascock, and many cherished members of the Glascock and Barnes families.
Eric is survived by his devoted mother, Rachel Glascock of Martinsburg, W.Va.; his brothers, Timothy Glascock and wife Teri of Berkeley Springs, and David Glascock and wife Chelsea of Martinsburg. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews: Aiden Glascock, Gavin Walker, Izzabella Glascock, and McKinley Glascock. Eric is also survived by his longtime girlfriend, Leilah “Lil” Jenkinson, who stood faithfully by his side through life’s many ups and downs.
Eric was a dedicated farmer who found peace in the land and joy in sharing what he had. Whether it was hunting, fishing, or foraging for mushrooms, he loved the simple pleasures of life and spending time with those he cared about. He was the kind of person who would drop everything to help a neighbor or a friend in need. Eric will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His kindness, laughter, and generous spirit will never be forgotten.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends once arrangements have been made.
