Beulah Marie Neely
1957-2025
Beulah Marie Neely, age 67, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at her home.
Born July 12, 1957, she was the daughter of Virgil Luther and Noel Marie Spiker Waugh.
Beulah attended Morgan County Schools. She was a housekeeper and enjoyed gardening, shopping, fishing and being outdoors.
Beulah was a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter #1311.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Paul Merchant and Kevin William Neely, two sisters, Fern Youngblood and Mabel Walter, three brothers, Edward Waugh, Gary Waugh, Sr. and Fabian Timmons, two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, all of Berkeley Springs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Waugh.
Funeral services will be private.
