Former Morgan County Magistrate Judge Kermit Ambrose was sworn in as the Town of Bath Magistrate Judge by Mayor Scott Merki on Tuesday, April 1. Ambrose replaces Town of Bath Magistrate Judge Thomas Panebianco.
