Karen Darlene Harshman, age 71, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born May 18, 1953 in Martinsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of LeEsta Rankin Anderson Koontz and the late Clarence Henry “Junior” Anderson, Jr.
She was a member of the Berkeley Springs Church of Christ. Karen was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
