County school board approves personnel hirings and resignations

The Morgan County School Board approved the following school personnel changes at their February 4 meeting.  The approved changes included hiring aides, after-school personnel and a middle school custodian, along with employing volunteer coaches and accepting  resignations.

Service personnel

Jacqueline Garman was employed as a Widmyer Elementary long-term substitute kindergarten teacher’s aide-ECCAT (Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Teacher) starting February 18 for the rest of the 2024-2025 school year during a leave of absence.

County custodian III/truck driver Daniel Green transferred to a position as Warm Springs Middle School custodian III beginning March 5.

Extracurricular/Extra Duty

   Jessica Davy was hired as a Warm Springs Middle School MC After 3 teacher starting February 5 for the 2024-2025 school year, as needed.

Casey Munson was employed as a Pleasant View Elementary Growing Roadrunners After School Program (GRASP) teacher    beginning       January 14.

Caitlin Stotler was approved as a Pleasant View Elementary supervisory aide.

Robin Fleece was employed as bus driver for a county supplemental bus run beginning February 5.

Tessa Palumbo resigned as Paw Paw Schools SAT Coordinator effective at the end of January 27.

Coaches

   Paul Price was employed as Paw Paw Schools head track coach starting February 5.

Mike Riggleman, Ryan Diehl, Sean Diehl and Michael Fox were hired as Berkeley Springs High School volunteer assistant wrestling coaches for the 2024-2025 season.

Andrew O’Dell resigned as Berkeley Springs High School head girls volleyball coach effective at the end of December 9.

Paul Price resigned as Warm Springs Middle School head track coach effective at the end of January 27.
