Nancy Kay Waugh, age 70, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born June 11, 1954 in West Grove, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mildred Lane Brackin.
She was a Christian. Nancy was a graduate of Avon Grove High School.
She worked as a shift manager with multiple different Rite Aid and Walgreen Drug Stores until her retirement.
