Clark to lead 2025 County Commission

Morgan County Commissioner Bill Clark will serve as the commission president for 2025, following a vote at the first organizational meeting of the year.

This is the first time Clark will serve as president of the county board during his term. Commissioner Sean Forney has been president for two years.
