Mary Ann Yost
1951-2024
Mary Ann Yost, age 73, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester, Va.
Born March 3, 1951 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William Charlie and Anne Mary Mencer Dailey.
Mary was a high school graduate and attended beauty college.
She became a beautician and owned and operated Heads Together Beauty Salon in Winchester, Va.
Mary is survived by one brother, William C. “BJ” Dailey, Winchester, Va., three nieces, Amanda Leight, Hannah McCann and Mary Branson along with numerous other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Switzer Yost in 2017 and one sister, Shirley Dailey.
The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with Pastor Mike Moulden officiating.
