Evelyn Fern Stotler
1935-2024
Evelyn Fern Stotler, age 89, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at War Memorial Hospital.
Born January 27, 1935 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William Harold and Gladys May Beeler Eppinger.
She was a member of Highland Church.
Evelyn was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School. She was a homemaker to her husband and son. Evelyn enjoyed cooking, reading and loved to watch her granddaughter play softball.
Evelyn is survived by her son, Gregory Charles Stotler and his wife, Tammi of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., one sister, Ruth M. Miller, one granddaughter, Mackenzie Vanessa Stotler of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Charles Stotler, four sisters, Helen J. Younker, Julia M. McBee, Geraldine “Becky” Ruppenthal and Mary Joyce Eppinger and four brothers, Herbert L. Eppinger, William “Bill” Eppinger, Philip B. Eppinger and Richard H. Eppinger.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Greenway Cemetery, 284 Greenway Drive, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Pastor Kenny Mason will officiate.
