The Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce had a brief search for an Executive Director replacement after the post-Apple Butter Festival departure of Krista Hoffman from the position, and has welcomed back a familiar face to lead the business organization.
Jules Happy Rone, who served as an interim Chamber of Commerce director during the previous search for a permanent director, has returned in that permanent position.
Joining her is part-time Administrative Assistant Anna Padilla.
Rone is the owner and founder of Jules Enchanting Gifts, which just celebrated their 27th year in business on Fairfax Street in Berkeley Springs.
“We are excited to work alongside her as we begin preparations for the 50th Annual Apple Butter Festival and continue our mission of building professional relationships amongst Morgan County businesses to help them grow and succeed,” said the Chamber’s board of directors as they announced the change in late October.
