Robert Jeffrey “Jeff” Palmer, 63, of Paw Paw, W.Va., died on Thursday, September 5, 2024.
Jeff was born on June 25, 1961, in Clarksburg, W.Va., the son of the late Robert E. and Katherine E. Snopps Palmer.
Jeff was a graduate of Champion High School in Warren, Ohio.
He went on to teach at Paw Paw High School for 35 years and was the athletic director for over 25 years…
