The biggest summer concert crowd of the season at Berkeley Springs State Park filled the green to see The Flashbacks perform the final concert in the park for the summer on Saturday, August 24.
Lead singer Angela Petry worked the crowd, moving through the audience, delighting all ages with the band’s classic renditions of oldies rock and mid-century dance tunes.
Dance partners lined the walkway, as an appreciative audience sat in stadium chairs facing the band.
The Flashback are a local band featuring Petry on vocals and keyboard; Bob Wurster on guitar and vocals; Greg Elwood on guitar; Dan Zarcone on bass and vocals; and Mike Marzullo on drums and vocals.
Saturday Concerts in the Park has been a program of Morgan County Arts Council since 1987. The Flashbacks concert was billed as a community spotlight.
