Berkeley Springs High School is set to kick off the fall sports season with an exciting Meet the Team Night on Friday, August 16, at Morgan Field.
The event, starting at 6 p.m., promises to be a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together and support the school’s athletes.
This year’s Meet the Team Night will feature introductions of all the fall sports teams, giving the community a chance to meet the coaches and players.
The event will highlight:
• Indians Football led by Head Coach Wes Eddy;
• Indians Soccer under the guidance of Head Coach Randy Beal;
• Indians Boys and Girls Cross Country with Head Coach Ian Helmick;
• Indians Golf directed by Head Coach Dale McCumbee;
• Lady Indians Volleyball coached by Danny O’Dell;
• Lady Indians Soccer led by Head Coach Steve Havermale; and
• Lady Indians Cheer with Head Coach Amy Glasscock. In addition to the team introductions, hot dogs and water will be provided by First United Methodist Church. Each team will host activities and raffles, adding to the festive atmosphere. Season sports passes and Berkeley Springs High School apparel will also be available for purchase, giving fans a chance to gear up for the upcoming season.
Meet the Team Night is an opportunity for the community to show their support for the athletes and to celebrate the spirit of teamwork and school pride that defines Berkeley Springs High School.
