Joyce Ann Bonner, age 90, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, Md.
Born April 27, 1934 in Peoria, Ill., she was daughter of the late David and Roxie Koger Gregory.
She was of Methodist faith. Joyce was a high school graduate. She worked in the import/export freight trucking industry. Joyce was a member of the Morningside CEOS where she served as past president.…
