The Berkeley Springs – Morgan County Chamber of Commerce is has announced the hiring of their new Executive Director, Krista Hoffman.
“I’m thrilled to start this new chapter as the Executive Director of the Berkeley Springs – Morgan County Chamber of Commerce.” Hoffman said. “As a former business owner, I understand the importance of access to resources and networks and I’m committed to continuing the Chamber’s tradition of success while remaining open to fresh ideas and innovative approaches. I look forward to working with the dedicated members of the Board of Directors, the many amazing community collaborators, and Chamber members.”
Hoffman lives in Berkeley County with her husband David and son Jacob.
Outgoing Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Happy Rone welcomed the transition.
“As I step down, I am so grateful to have been allowed to be a steward of this organization for the last year and a half,” Rone stated. “The Chamber has such a wonderful history in this community, and is important in so many ways. We wanted to make sure we found the right person to carry the torch, and I am truly excited to welcome Krista Hoffman as our new Executive Director. I have full confidence that Krista’s vision and dedication will continue to drive our Chamber to new heights in a future filled with success and growth under Krista’s leadership.”
The Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce works with businesses in the local community through monthly meetings with innovative speakers, partnerships to host classes on a variety of important subjects, promote their members through emails, website listings, organizes the annual Apple Butter Festival, and so much more.
