Morgan County voters who hadn’t yet cast ballots during early voting days were heading to the county’s 13 precinct polling places on Tuesday, May 14. New voting machines were in place, using a paper ballot receipt and electronic tabulating.
Voters are picking party nominees for political offices from U.S. President to state cabinets positions, State Senate and Delegate, down to Morgan County Sheriff and other county offices. Voters also cast their ballots for non-partisan races that are decided in the primary, including justices for the State Supreme Court, local Magistrates and members of the Morgan County Board of Education.
