Barry Todd White
1967-2024
Barry Todd White, 57 of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died early morning, Saturday, April 27, 2024.
Born April 22, 1967 in Charleston, W.Va. He grew up in nearby Clendenin, W.Va.
He was a 1985 graduate of Herbert Hoover High School.
He earned his bachelors degree in Business Management in 1989 from Alderson Broaddus College, Philippi, W.Va.
He worked for Marriott Corporation from 1989 to 2001. From 2005 to 2019 he co-owned Creekside Creamery in Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with his life partner Joe Anderson. He was most recently employed at Proctor Gamble in Inwood, W.Va. where he leaves behind many friends in his P&G family.
Barry was of Southern Baptist faith and was a member of the Masons Clendenin Lodge No. 126.
He enjoyed skiing, kayaking, but most of all traveling the world.
His remains are to be cremated, half will be placed on his grandmother Mabel Browning’s grave and the rest intured at his family cemetary in Clendenin, W.Va.
Barry was preceded in death by his father James E. White of Charleston, W.Va.
He leaves behind his life partner of 25 years Joe Anderson of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; mother Barbarah “Bobi” White of Charleston, W.Va.; brother, J.E. White and wife Rhonda of Clendenin, W.Va.; sister, Beth King and husband Pete of Tampa, Fla. He also leaves behind five nieces and three nephews and two fur babies Rusty and Maggie.
A memorial service will be held for family members and close friends at a later date.
