Last Friday night, December 8, the Warm Springs Middle School Lady Wolves got the rare opportunity to play a home game at Berkeley Springs High School. The Lady Wolves and Harman Panthers took the court be- fore the high school varsity contest between Berkeley Springs and Harman High School.
Harman jumped out to a 5-2 lead after the first quarter. The second quarter saw both teams score six points each, but Harman held an 11-8 lead at the half.
In the third quarter the Lady Wolves stormed back outscoring the Panthers 12-5 to take a 20-16 lead after three. The final quarter saw Harman storm back with a 10-3 run to take the 26-23 win.
Warm Springs was led by Reese Souders (8 points), Ava Michael (6 points), Maci Michael (4 points), Kaya Delauter (3 points) and Rayne Swartz (2 points).
Warm Springs (0-2) will be back in action this Tuesday, December 12 with a home contest starting at 6 p.m. with Moorefield.
