Quintel Maleak “Bubbie” Jackson, age 19, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 in West Chester, Pa.
Born March 21, 2004 in Hagerstown, Md., he was the son of William Patrick Jackson of Wheeling, W.Va. and Crystal Gale Vanorsdale of Berkeley Springs.
He was a Christian. Quintel was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and Timber Ridge School. He worked at a golf course as a groundskeeper.…
