Morgan County E911 has named Sarah Hogbin as the Emergency Telecommunicator of the Quarter. Hogbin has been with the Emergency Communications Center for more than nine years and was the Training Coordinator.
“Sarah has undertaken major roles and responsibilities throughout the years to help mold the future of our ECC and its employees in both detrimental and positive situations,” said Sarah Henry, committee chair. “Sarah has definitely been a valuable asset to the ECC and we truly appreciate her years of service.”
