Dorothy Louise Smith, beloved mother, grandmother and member of the Long Hollow Church in Hancock, Maryland, passed away on May 24, 2023, in Kearneysville, West Virginia at the age of 82.
She was born on September 30, 1940, to Ida Gertrude Barnhart and Wilbert Kerns in Hagerstown, Maryland and grew up in Hancock where she graduated from Hancock High School.
